David has over 25 years of experience managing commercial real estate. David founded The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. in 1991. The company has grown steadily and now manages more than 70 properties totaling well over 2,000,000 square feet of space. David is a licensed real estate agent and is a member of AACIA (Anne Arundel Commercial and Industrial Association), PMA (Property Management Association), AOBA (Apartment & Office Building Association) and BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association).
Carl has over 25 years of experience in commercial property management. He joined The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. in 2004 after having previously been Regional Director with Boxer Property Management in both Houston and Baltimore. Duties included overseeing a large aero space and defense contractor portfolio as well as several portfolios of classic downtown office towers in the mid-Atlantic region. His experience extends to all types of commercial property including industrial, retail, office and flex.
Mike has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in the management of retail shopping centers. Mike joined The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. in 2009. Prior to joining Loughlin, he was a Senior Vice President with KLNB Management and Hearn Burkley. He formerly served on the Board of Directors for the NAI Property Management Council and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and a Board of Member for INNterim Housing Corporation.
CPM - Tom has over 25 years experience in commercial property management in Washington D.C., Baltimore and Annapolis and joined The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. in 2007. Prior to joining Loughlin, Tom served as a Vice President of Property Management with the Trammell Crow Company. He has been a active member of IREM Chapter 8 and served as Chapter President in 2002.
Matt joined Loughlin in 2012. Prior to joining Loughlin he worked at Marcus & Millichap in Washington, DC in commercial real estate sales. Before his experience in DC he worked for a small Annapolis area real estate company managing a portfolio of retail, office and residential properties. Mr. Offutt earned a B.A. in Economics at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and an M.S. in Real Estate at Johns Hopkins University-Carey Business School. Mr. Offutt is also a licensed Maryland real estate agent.
Nicole has 25 years of experience managing commercial real estate. Nicole joined The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. in 2017 after having previously been Director, Property Management for First Potomac Realty Trust’s DC Region. Prior to that, Nicole was Vice President for Vornado/Charles E. Smith where she managed an extensive portfolio of commercial office, medical office, and retail assets for family owners, pension funds, and investor-owners. Nicole has earned designations including the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CPM (Certified Property Manager), and RPA (Real Property Administrator) and is a licensed Salesperson in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
John joined Loughlin Management in 2018. His management experiences and responsibilities include both the operational and financial performance of commercial assets to include: office, warehouse, laboratory, retail and healthcare centers. John has over 20 years of experience in property management while coordinating the efforts in operations, acquisitions, construction management, leasing, development and energy procurement. John began his career in the valuation of commercial assets. Prior to joining Loughlin Management Group, John was Vice President, Property Management for Cambridge Asset Advisors, LLC where he was responsible for 1.4 million square feet of commercial assets located in the Mid- Atlantic region. Before joining Cambridge, John served with Carr America, Spaulding Sly and JBG Companies. His operational and financial experiences includes institutional third party, REIT and owner operated. Tenant relationships include Corporate 500, legal firms, embassy, GSA, FDA, DEA and VA. John earned his BS in Finance from George Mason University, holds Sales Person Licenses in VA, MD and DC, is a LEED accredited professional and has served in the USMC.
Bruce joined Loughlin as an Assistant Property Manager in 2014. Prior to working in commercial property management Bruce worked for Long and Foster where over the past several years he managed a portfolio of 250 residential units. He graduated from Salisbury University with a B.S. in Finance and is a licensed Maryland Real Estate agent. Bruce is currently working to earn his CPM and CCIM designations through the IREM.

Building Services Department
John joined The Loughlin Management Group, Inc in 2010 and has over 17 years experience in the Property Management. Prior to joining Loughlin, John served as Executive Vice President to RWN Development Group as well as Chief Engineer for CB Richard Ellis and Boxer Property Management in Baltimore. John oversees the Building Service Department.
Doug has over 30 years of industry experience; 20+ which has been in commercial property management. He joined as Loughlin's Controller in 1992. Prior to joining Loughlin he served as Assistant Controller at Structural Preservation Systems in Baltimore.
Brad joined Loughlin's accounting team in 2013. Brad started his career in public accounting with KPMG and was introduced to the real estate industry over 10 years ago. His experience includes residential and commercial property management, sales and development. Brad is a CPA and holds a B.S. in both Finance and Accounting from George Mason University.
Jackie joined Louglin in 2014. She brings a strong background in property management and accounting. She has extensive experience in reviewing and interpreting leases, calculating and billing related property expenses in accordance with tenant leases. Prior to joining Loughlin, Jackie was a Property Accountant, Senior Mall Accountant and Staff Accountant for General Growth Properties and was and Accounting Officer for Mercantile Safe Deposit & Trust.
Angie has 28 years experience in commercial real estate, property management, lease administration and accounting. Prior to joining Loughlin, Angie worked for General Growth Properties, formerly The Rouse Company. There Angie held positions of Accounts Payable Specialist, Lease & Property Information Specialist, Lease Administration Supervisor, Senior Property Analyst, Property Analyst, Legal Administrative Secretary and Senior Office Assisant / Information Specialist.
