Our History
The Loughlin Management Group, Inc. is a full service provider of commercial real estate Property and Asset Management services focusing on the office, industrial, flex and retail markets in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Founded in 1991, Loughlin began managing one property. We have now grown, in conjunction with our affiliated company, KLNB Management, LLC, and manage over 160 properties totaling well over 7,000,000 square feet throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. We are proud to say that some of our original clients still retain our services to this day.
Headquartered in Annapolis, with branch offices in Baltimore, Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland, Loughlin is uniquely positioned to service the Mid-Atlantic Region.
