Loughlin consists of three main departments. Our Property Management department, headed by David Loughlin and Carl Truitt, houses Property / Asset Managers and Administrative support with extensive experience and admired standing within the commercial real estate market in the Baltimore / Washington metropolitan area.
Our Accounting Department, under the umbrella leadership of Doug Brown, Brad Kelly and Jackie McCullough, works in a collaborative effort with the Property Management team. They utilize Skyline property management software for producing financial statements and budgets and can configure monthly reports to your specifications. This team of professionals will assist in ensuring all of your portfolios financial and budgeting requirements are met.
Finally, our Building Services Department, headed by John Ginnever, utilizes the latest technology with the Building Engines Service Request distpatching software. Tenants, owners, vendors and property management staff have direct web access to their properties database to initiate service requests, view history, run reports, receive property announcements and track maintenance for their property or suite. The roving engineers employed by Loughlin are equipped with mobile devices that allow them to interact with Building Engines from the field and accept and complete their service requests in a "paperless" and highly efficient manner.
